OMAX3 Ultra-pure omega-3 supplement Review

I received this product from giveaway for free. I am not under any obligation to review this product and all opinions within are my own. I am NOT compensated for this review!

So not too long ago I entered a giveaway that was hosted by EDFS and won a month supply of OMAX3. When I received it in the mail I promptly started taking the supplement as part of my everyday routine as I normally take vitamins but they do not contain omega-3 fatty acids that our bodies need. Omega-3's are easily found in fish but since I do not consume meat products I don't really get the intake that I should. I didn't know if this would make me ill since this is derived of fish but I did not have any adverse reactions to the product, you can't taste anything when you take it because of the gel coating and there is no after taste/smell which was nice. Why I was really interested in trying this product is because I read this on their website:

Omax3® Ultra-Pure has been shown in clinical
studies to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and promote heart health.1*

People taking omax3 Ultra-Pure for 3 months as a part of a comprehensive diet program showed:

78% of people reduced overall cholesterol by 13%!*
73% reduced triglycerides by 31%!*
71% reduced LDL by 11%*
Importantly, Omax3 had no impact on raising HDL!*
* Lipid levels already within normal range.

Omax3 was designed to maximize the Inflammation resolving support provided by Omega-3 fatty acids

In fact, a study conducted by physicians affiliated with Yale University, has shown that
omax3 Ultra-Pure promotes proper inflammatory responses better than other
omega-3 supplements.

Since I do go to the gym a lot, I do have a lot of issues with inflammation and pain in my joints after a few days in a row. I noticed that while taking OMAX3, I didn't have as much of an issue and I was able to workout longer and lift more sets before I became sore. I did notice a huge difference on the 2 days that I forgot to grab them and take them with me that I just couldn't withstand the same amount of intensity without becoming overly sore.
I also like the fact that OMAX3 is heart healthy, that was my main focus on eliminating meat is because I wanted to become healthier. The difference between OMAX3 and other omega-3 supplements is that OMAX3 are much more pure as they are distilled twice, this means that you get less mercury and saturated fat which is always a good thing.

All in all I really enjoyed this product and thought that it worked really well and is a good option for people who do intense work out or weight train that get sore joints or swelling. Since many people don't get the recommended amount of omega-3's, by using OMAX3 as a supplement for them, it could greatly improve your ability to further train.
